Let this be a warning to others. Sean Mirsaidi was basically given his post as manager BC Paul (old manager) thought he was a good guy even though he had no experience in property management whatsoever. Paul has since expressed deep regret at placing a vindictive, power tripping sociopath at the helm because since Sean has taken over, there has been copious amounts of complaints of Sean behaving totally unprofessionally, often resorting to bullying and intimidation if he doesn't get his way. AH FUCK THIS PLACE FUCK THE FUCKING MANAGER. He's some low lvl scum, people!! Unless you have the time to get familiar with housing laws (because the manager constantly breaks them) than find another place to live. That piece of trash really is a psychotic liar and tries to make a buck anywhere he can from fucking students. I'm sure he's the worse business person/manager west LA has ever seen. No, I'm pretty sure he's just the worse human being around here. Yeah once I thought he was cools n

Apartment has mold and made me sicker then I’ve ever been in my life. Manager wants me to move so he can increase rent. Has charged me 9 years for parking and never provided a space or taken fee off. Now that he wants me to move he showed me a ledger saying I owe 17,000 dolors in late fees. I was never provided receipts and never told about any fees. He also charged me every time maintenance had to fix the ongoing problem with plumbing and mice infestation. Now after 9 years he says I have to pay for utilities and is going to charge with a 3rd party

I've been experiencing recurring short term power outages, usually lasting one to two days until the management sends someone to fix it. The response is usually next day, never same day, which means I'm out for two days at a time with no power. Up to 8 days total over a 4 week period, they've come to flip the circuit breaker 3 times. Since it's recurring and management doesn't ever seem to be in a hurry to fix the issue, what should I do? I always pay my rent on time and have been a good tenant. Can I withhold pro-rated days of rent?

You should continue paying rent in full. Talk with management about the inconvenience to get some discounts.
