I’m so proud of us. : Maybe I’m speaking too soon, but I don’t think so. I am so proud of our city for having such peaceful, pandemic-responsible, and still such meaningful protests. I went to city hall today and heard moving, empowering speeches surrounded (but never crowded) by people of all walks of life. Everyone I saw was wearing a mask, and everyone seemed focused on the injustice they were there to protest. It was beautiful, and I’m proud of us for standing together. Full Article
