Is it discrimination if you live in apartment building that has a laundry room and the landlord only lets the tenants he chooses use the laundry room and the tenants that can't never even had an opportunity . PLEASE HELP PLEASE ANSWER SOMEONE

Just called 911 and no one answered... : Quick PSA for all of my fellow citizens out there. I just called 911 to report a potential drunk driver (Kelly drive is bad enough without people like that guy) and no one answered. Thought the first call was a fluke, so I called back. No answer. Thank god I wasn’t calling for something worse. Is this normal? I found it pretty unsettling. We’re on our own out here guys! Hope you don’t have an actual emergency that requires first responders!
