The next tenants at your apartment will be able to see that "a previous tenant" posted stuff from their apartment, but they will not know your name or other personal information. Imagine the benefits of reading a guestbook before you move somewhere - get a feel for neighborhood, get warnings about the landlord, enjoy entertaining roommate stories, and maybe make a friend.
