Kid almost died won track. : Three kids wee dangling feet off track area playing with a tennis ball. Bouncing the ball from one side to the other. All of a sudden a kid jumps into track to fetch the ball that is literally underneath the electric track. He put his hand over the third rail and grabbed the ball.
