It's clear-the-shelter weekend, DC! : Many shelters have pets available that are already spayed/neutered and have microchips and they're waiving adoption fees! Granted, adoption fees are relatively small compared to the ongoing cost of pet ownership, but still this would be a great weekend to find your pet buddy if you've been thinking about it!
