Covid restrictions travel : I want to go on vacation in the Netherlands with my boyfriend middle of June. I read that even 2 people from 2 households have to social distance in public. But I will share a room/bed with him anyhow. If we would show the controlling person our booking of one apartment (so that we live together for this one week vacation there), is it okay then? Or do we really have to social distance in public and just be close in the apartment? Full Article

Contract Cost for Rental Property : I'm an international and I've just moved into a new room and I'm about to finish up my documentation and make payments. But. My landlord is trying to charge me for what he's termed as "contract" and then defined as a "standard cost of contract, change in city taxes, adaption in banking, validation etc" This is the first time this has happened to me after renting two previous rooms in the Netherlands. Is it legal? I know there are scams where landlords try to incur extra costs on the tenants, is this one of them? Thanks a lot for the help! Full Article

Canadian with a positive decision as a highly skilled migrant, when can I enter?? : I am a Canadian that has received a positive decision on my highly skilled migrant application. I have a job lined up in AMS and I am supposed to start 01 July. However, I am being told that having a positive decision is not enough to enter the country (with the EU border closure) but on the IND site there is conflicting information. It states that if you have an MVV you can enter
