Is Cospicua still considered the poorest neighbourhood? : A while ago there was a discussion here about poorest neighbourhoods in Malta and contrary to the lovely facade of the three cities area, Cospicua (aka Bormla) was named very quickly as one. There was also Marsa, Hal Far and a few southern villages. Is it still the case? I am quite puzzled that such a touristy and culturally rich area can actually be so poor. I think that was also the case of Valletta - with its small ageing population and overvalued properties sold for rental purposes only. Full Article
