It's social media that becomes a guestbook after you move out. The next tenants at your apartment will be able to see that "a previous tenant" posted stuff from their apartment, but they will not know your name or other personal information. Imagine the benefits of reading a guestbook before you move somewhere - get a feel for neighborhood, get warnings about the landlord, enjoy entertaining roommate stories, and maybe make a friend. Renters have the power to help renters.
After you post, you'll see suggestions that might be helpful or interesting. For example, if you post about a bed bug problem, we may suggest reading our law page about fixing bed bugs problems.

It’s just very hard finding others that are big into tea as opposed to coffee in Birmingham as there are about 3 new coffee shops opening every other month. I was curious about any clubs/classes/communities that I’m unaware of

My girlfriend didn't wanna press charges because of how it would affect her mom and she is discharging her bankruptcy this month. It is what it is, I told her it wasn't the best option b
