I will be traveling the Trans-Siberian (Moscow-Beijing) in February 2020, how should I dress for the cold? : Hello r/russia, i have a very simple question. I'm not from a cold climate nor have ever withstood temperatures of maybe below -10º. Rows Of Trees Across Countryside : I happened to be looking for a city in Russia, in the Fyodorovsky District this morning and happened across these rows of trees that extend for miles and miles across the prefecture. Is it weird to get excited when I encounter other Russians? : As a Russian adoptee who was adopted when I was adopted when I was 11 months old, this may seem kind of strange but despite not having gone back to Russia nor growing up around Russians, I get strangely excited whenever I find out someone’s Russian. I remember one time a couple walked past me in an aisle in a grocery store and I heard one of them speaking Russian and I got way too excited 😂.
