Johannesburg with small children : I'm from northern Europe and planning on going to Joburg for a few weeks during the summer. It's mainly for work but thought I'd bring the wife and kids (6 and 4) along and also make a vacation out of it. Most people I've talked to have only been to Cape town so it's a bit difficult to find out if this is a good idea or not. I'm thinking it would be fun for the whole family but if it's not a very child friendly city and/or we have to fear for our safety in any way, then I might have to reconsider. Any advice would be much appreciated as I found googling didn't help much either.
